Parking - Assigned Spots

Learn about our parking process, with assigned spots, at one of our warehouses.

We are excited to share a new and improved parking process to help us better manage our parking spaces and the flow of drivers. We hope this new process will get you in and out of our warehouse more quickly so you can be on your way! We are currently in the process of rolling this out to more markets -- if you do not see this option, it may not have been rolled out to your market just yet.

Follow these new steps when arriving at the warehouse:

1. Once you've arrived at the warehouse, press the "I've Arrived" button. Then you will be prompted to "Join Waitlist" for an available parking spot.

2. When a parking spot becomes available, you'll be directed to the parking screen. Drive to the available parking spot, and scan the QR code to confirm you are in the correct location. If you are not in the correct spot, you will receive an error code - you will be able to scan the QR code of the correct spot.

3. Be sure to have your Driver app and driver license ready to check in with the outbound clerk. After checking in, select 'Reserve' to continue, and you'll be allowed to select your preferred routes via our new Route Selection feature.

Estamos entusiasmados de compartir un proceso de estacionamiento nuevo y mejorado para ayudarnos a administrar mejor nuestros espacios de estacionamiento y el flujo de conductores. Esperamos que este nuevo proceso le permita entrar y salir de nuestro almacén más rápidamente para que pueda seguir su camino. Actualmente estamos en el proceso de implementar esto en más mercados; si no ve esta opción, es posible que aún no se haya implementado en su mercado.

Sigue estos nuevos pasos al llegar al almacén:

1. Una vez que hayas llegado al almacén, presiona el botón "Ya llegué". Si aún no hay un lugar de estacionamiento disponible, se le pedirá que "Unirse a la lista de espera".

2. Cuando haya un lugar de estacionamiento disponible, se lo dirigirá a la pantalla de estacionamiento. Conduzca hasta el lugar de estacionamiento disponible y anote su lugar en el menú desplegable. Una vez que haya seleccionado su lugar, presione "Estoy en el lugar de estacionamiento #".

3. Asegúrese de tener su aplicación Driver y su licencia de conducir listas para registrarse con el empleado de salida. Después de registrarte, selecciona "Reservar" para continuar y podrás seleccionar tus rutas preferidas a través de nuestra nueva función de Selección de Rutas.
