Learn about our general parking process at our Dallas warehouse.
We are excited to share a new and improved parking process to help us better manage our parking spaces and the flow of drivers. We hope this new process will get you in and out of our warehouse more quickly so you can be on your way!
Follow these new steps when arriving at the warehouse:
1. Select "I'm on my way" when you're heading to the pick-up location. Upon arrival at the warehouse, press "I've Arrived" and proceed to the parking spots in front of the loading dock to check in.
2. The app will prompt you to scan the QR code of an open parking spot. After confirming your spot, please remain in line. Moving to a different line will delay the outbound team bringing out your route.
If another driver driver is in front of you, wait until they have completed loading and exited before scanning the QR code. Scanning the QR code when another drivers is in the spot will cause additional delays.
With higher volumes on Mondays, we added extra parking spots in the middle of each lane to help speed things up. Look for the traffic cones with QR codes marking these spots, and line up accordingly.
3. Ensure you have your Driver app and driver license ready. Select 'Reserve' in the app to start claiming your preferred routes via the Route Selection feature. The outbound clerk will check your ID when the route is brought to you, and once verified, you can proceed with your route as usual.
