You will see the following pop-up message if your vehicle documents are expired. Update your documents immediately by selecting ‘Update Now’. Check for a red dot by the vehicle for expired information details.
As a reminder, you will receive an in-app message 30 and 7 days before your documents expire.
To update your vehicle documents, go to your Profile > Vehicle Information > click Edit on the Vehicle Insurance or Vehicle Registration Photo > Verify your account with a one-time password > Upload new photo of the documents and update the issue and expiration date fields.
