CONTACTING CUSTOMERS

Find out when it is appropriate to contact customers.

Only call customers between the hours of 8am-8pm​.

If the customer does not answer the phone, try calling the customer again (DO NOT exceed 3 attempted calls).

Contact dispatch if the customer doesn’t answer after 3 phone calls or if after-hours

For example, “Hi John, my name is Fred, and I am delivering your package from HelloFresh. I am having trouble with the gate code. Can you help me verify that I have the correct code?”
