Parking

Learn about our general parking process at one of our warehouses.

We are excited to share a new and improved parking process to help us better manage our parking spaces and the flow of drivers. We hope this new process will get you in and out of our warehouse more quickly so you can be on your way! We are currently in the process of rolling this out to more markets -- if you do not see this option, it may not have been rolled out to your market just yet.

 

Follow these new steps when arriving at the warehouse:

1. Select "I'm on my way" when you're heading to the pick-up location. Once you have arrived at the warehouse, press the "I've Arrived" button, and proceed to any available parking spot.  

2. The app will prompt you to scan the QR code of an available parking spot. If no spot is open, please wait in line until one becomes available. After you have scanned into your space, please stay in the same spot. Moving to a different spot after confirming may delay the outbound team from bringing out your route. 

3. Be sure to have your Driver app and driver license ready. After confirming your parking spot, select 'Reserve'  to continue, and you will be allowed to select your preferred routes via the Route Selection feature. The outbound clerk will check your ID when the route is brought to you, and once verified, you can proceed with your route as usual.

Nos complace compartir un nuevo y mejorado proceso de estacionamiento que nos ayudará a administrar mejor nuestros espacios de estacionamiento y el flujo de conductores. Esperamos que este nuevo proceso le permita entrar y salir de nuestro almacén más rápidamente para que pueda continuar su camino. Actualmente, estamos en proceso de implementar esta opción en más mercados. Si no ve esta opción, es posible que aún no se haya implementado en su mercado.
 
Siga estos nuevos pasos al llegar al almacén:
 
1. Seleccione "Estoy en camino" cuando se dirija al lugar de recogida. Una vez que haya llegado al almacén, presione el botón "He llegado" y diríjase a cualquier lugar de estacionamiento disponible.
 
2. La aplicación le solicitará que escanee el código QR de un lugar de estacionamiento disponible. Si no hay ningún lugar disponible, espere en la fila hasta que haya uno disponible. Después de escanear su lugar, permanezca en el mismo lugar. Cambiar de lugar después de confirmar puede demorar la salida del equipo que le indicará su ruta.
 
3. Asegúrate de tener a mano tu aplicación para conductores y tu licencia de conducir. Después de confirmar tu lugar de estacionamiento, selecciona "Reservar" para continuar y podrás seleccionar tus rutas preferidas a través de la función de Selección de Ruta. El empleado que te lleve a la salida verificará tu identificación cuando te indiquen la ruta y, una vez verificada, podrás continuar con tu ruta como de costumbre.
