You will have the option to earn Delivery Points on every route based on your performance across two primary goals:
A) On-Time delivery:
+5 pts per package:
Route completed within target time
+2 pts per package:
Route completed more than 5 mins late relative to target time
0 pts per package:
Route completed more than 15 mins late relative to target time
B) Recipient Rating:
+8 pts:
Positive feedback
+5 pts:
No/Neutral feedback
0 pts:
Negative feedback
