We have some big news for Midwest shippers: Jitsu is growing.
Starting this month, we're bringing our last-mile delivery service to three new markets in the Midwest. These are cities where shippers have been asking for a better option, and where we believe we can make a real difference in the delivery experience their customers receive.
Jitsu is now live in:
Kansas City is a new market for Jitsu, while Dayton and Akron represent ZIP code expansions in our existing Cincinnati and Cleveland markets.
Together, these three cities expand our reach to an additional 3.2 million people across the Midwest. But the numbers aren't really the point.
Our mission has always been to make the last mile easy for shippers. That means reliable service, transparent pricing, and delivery quality that holds up not just in our strongest markets, but consistently, across the network. Every expansion we make is about building something better, not just bigger.
And this is just the beginning. We have more expansions planned throughout 2026, with the same goal in mind: a network that's more connected, more useful, and genuinely easier to work with.
